Launching soon

Money, together.
Privacy, your way.

TracknFund is the household money app for couples. Track every expense in seconds, see what you spend and own together, and decide how much of your own money your partner sees.

Coming to iPhone, Android and the web. Works great on your own too.

Activity screen: this month's household spending, $3,101.45 of a $3,500 budget, and recent expenses like Whole Foods $42.50 marked Ours.
Spending screen in the Ours view: $3,101.45 spent in October, money in $9,400, and cash on hand $20,763.05.

Track expenses

Add an expense before you leave the checkout.

Type the amount, tap a category, done. TracknFund remembers the card you used last and puts your favorite categories one tap away.

  • Every entry is Mine or Ours, so shared costs never get lost.
  • A calculator in the amount field: split a bill with 84.60 ÷ 2 right where you type.
  • Expenses, income, transfers between accounts and refunds.
  • Search by merchant, note, category or amount: type 54 to find $54.25 or $154.

A screen recording of the app: adding a $42.50 grocery expense, splitting $84.60 by two with the calculator, putting a $186.40 dinner toward the Hawaii trip project, adding $4,700 of salary, and moving $500 from Joint Checking to pay the Family Visa.

Quick entry screen: $42.50 typed on the keypad, Groceries selected, paid with the Family Visa, marked Ours.

Recurring bills

Rent, subscriptions and bills that ask first.

Set a bill up once: every month on the 1st, the last day of the month, or the second Monday. When it’s due, TracknFund asks before adding it, so nothing appears behind your back.

  • Add, decline, or decide later, one bill at a time.
  • Change the amount when this month’s bill is different.
A due bill: Rent, $2,400.00 from Joint Checking, with buttons to add the expense, decline, or decide later.

Partner sharing

Shared where it matters. Private where it counts.

Couples share some money and keep some of their own. TracknFund is built around that, instead of making you choose between everything or nothing.

Joint accounts: fully shared

The joint checking account and the family card show every expense to both of you.

Personal accounts: you choose

Totals only by default: your partner sees how much you spent, not where. Here, Jane’s $310.00 shows up without the details. Or keep an account completely private, or share it in full.

Income: your call

Each of you chooses: don’t share, share totals, or share in full. Every change is logged, so there are no surprises.

Spending screen showing Jane's view: $310.00 spent, with a lock icon and the words Totals only: shared without details.
Household screen: John and Jane as members, and the choice to share my income as Don't share, Totals, or Full.

Invite your partner in a tap from Activity or Settings: send a link by text or email, and they join with their own login. Nothing of theirs is shared until they choose.

One dashboard, three views

Mine, my partner’s, and ours.

Switch between your own spending, what your partner shares, and the household as a whole. Pick which one opens first.

  • Budgets for the household and for each category, with a clear “over by” when you go past one.
  • Money in, money out, and cash on hand across your accounts.
  • A donut or simple bars, whichever you read faster.

A screen recording of Insights: the household's month, Worth knowing notes, Jane's spending shown as a total only, budgets by category as bars, then Investments with net worth notes and the allocation donut with property included.

A screen recording of setting budgets: a $3,500 monthly total for the household, $700 for groceries and $250 for dining, a private $150 dining budget, and the next month showing the same budgets carried over.

Category bars with budgets: Bills $1,240 of $1,300, Groceries $612.40 of $700, Dining over by $34.10.

Tracking on your own? That works too.

Choose Just me when you sign up and TracknFund puts the Mine / Ours views, sharing and invites away: one simple view of everything you spend, own and owe. Change your mind any time in Settings.

Projects

A trip, a remodel, a big day: watch each one add up.

Group expenses into a project, give it a budget or a savings target, and mark income or transfers you set aside for it. Everything still counts in your monthly spending too.

  • Ours projects for both of you, or Mine ones only you ever see.
  • Give a trip its dates, and new expenses during it go to the trip by default.
  • Saved, spent and what’s left, by category and by who paid.
  • Spending your partner shares as totals counts as an amount, without the details.

A screen recording of starting a project: opening Projects from Activity, naming it Yosemite weekend, adding a $1,200 budget and a $1,500 savings target, giving it November dates, turning on adding new expenses during those dates, and then a trip's project page with saved, spent, by category and who paid.

Project page for Hawaii 2027: saved $5,200.00 of $8,000.00, spent $3,100.00 of $6,000.00, $2,100.00 saved but not yet spent, and spending by category and by who paid.
Adding a $186.40 dining expense and choosing its project: Hawaii 2027, Kitchen remodel, or Marathon, a private project.

Investments and net worth

Everything you own, in one picture.

Brokerage and retirement accounts, your home and car, and the loans against them, for each of you and for the household. With the same privacy choices as your spending.

What it’s worth, over time

Add your holdings and their prices, and see your investments and net worth today, how they’re spread, and a trend that saves itself every month.

Shared your way

Keep an account private, share just its total, or share it in full. Here, Jane’s Roth IRA counts toward the household without showing what’s in it.

Worth knowing

Plain observations, like how much you’re up since last month or how much of your home you own. Based on the numbers you enter; never investment advice.

Investments screen in the Ours view: household investments $200,376.00, and Worth knowing notes such as investments up $4,626.00 (2.5%) since last month.
How it's spread: Market 87%, Jane's Roth IRA shared as totals 6%, Other 4% and Cash 3%, with the market part by type: US stocks, international stocks and bonds.
How it's spread with Include property: real estate equity $215,000.00 (50%), market $173,756.00 (41%), and vehicles equity $11,400.00, alongside cash, other and shared-as-totals accounts.

Prices are the ones you enter. TracknFund doesn’t connect to your brokerage.

Made for both of you

Locked to you, and easy on the eyes.

  • App lock with a passcode, Face ID or fingerprint, and a privacy cover in the app switcher.
  • Sign-ins end after 90 days, or 10 days without use.
  • Light, dark and high-contrast themes, four accent colors, and a high-legibility font. Each of you picks your own.
  • Amounts are exact to the cent. No rounding surprises in your totals.

A screen recording of Settings: the household and income sharing, budgets, recurring bills, currency, switching to the dark theme, setting up the app lock passcode, and exporting your data.

The Spending screen in dark mode.

Say it, save it

“Forty-two fifty at Whole Foods on the joint card.” Designed to recognize speech on your phone, keeping only the text you confirm, never the recording.

Design of sharing with an advisor: choose Off, Totals or Full for each account, and access lasting 30, 90 or 180 days.

Design preview

Share with your advisor

Give a financial advisor read-only access to just the accounts you pick, for 30, 90 or 180 days. You both see every view, and either of you can end it any time.
